Getting Started
The free plan lets you manage up to 5 clients with basic email reminders. You can send automated payment reminders on our pre-set schedules. It's perfect for freelancers just starting out. When you need more clients or features, simply upgrade to a paid plan.
Most users are up and running in under 5 minutes. Simply create an account, add your first client, and create an invoice. Ravvo handles the rest automatically.

Features
Yes! On Starter and above, you can customize your reminder templates with your own messaging and branding. On Pro and Business plans, you get full HTML template customization and can completely white-label the emails.
You choose from three intensity levels: Gentle (reminders at -3, 0, 3, 7, 14 days relative to due date), Firm (-1, 0, 2, 5, 10 days), or Aggressive (0, 1, 3, 5, 7 days). Each invoice can have its own schedule based on the client relationship.
Yes! You can import clients via CSV or Excel file. For invoices, you can bulk import or add them manually. We also integrate with popular accounting software on Pro and Business plans.
When a payment is received (either through our payment links or marked manually), we automatically stop all future reminders for that invoice and send a thank-you receipt to your client. You get instant notification too.
Payments
With payment links (Pro and Business plans), your clients can pay via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and many local payment methods depending on their location. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
We charge a small fee on payments processed through Ravvo: 1.5% on Pro plan, 1% on Business plan. This is in addition to Stripe's standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + €0.25 per transaction). Free and Starter plans don't include payment links.
Payments are processed through Stripe and typically arrive in your bank account within 2-3 business days, depending on your country and Stripe account settings.
Yes! Stripe supports payments from over 135 countries. We also support 20+ currencies, so you can invoice clients in their local currency.
Security & Privacy
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) for all data, and payments are processed through Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. We're fully GDPR compliant and never share your data with third parties.
Yes, Ravvo is fully GDPR compliant. We provide data export tools, respect deletion requests, and never use your data for anything other than providing our service. You can read our full privacy policy for details.
Your data is stored in secure data centers in the EU (Frankfurt) or US, depending on your account settings. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Billing & Plans
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period, and you can export all your data before leaving.
We offer a 14-day free trial on all paid plans, so you can try before you buy. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us and we'll provide a full refund.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you get 2 months free (equivalent to ~17% discount). The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
